About this app

IMPORTANT

PropertySurvey Pro is independent software. Its Home Survey workflow is designed with reference to the RICS Home Survey Standard, and its Commercial Survey workflow is informed by RICS technical due diligence. It is not endorsed, approved or licensed by RICS and does not produce an official RICS-branded report form. The surveyor remains responsible for the agreed service, inspection, evidence, professional judgement and final report.

- GENERAL INSPECTIONS: Handle snagging, inventories, tenancy checks, landlord inspections and flexible condition reports separately.

OPTIONAL TOOLS AND EVIDENCE

Add EPC information, weather, orientation and floor plans where relevant. Pro adds live data, UK EPC lookup, soil and drainage context, and RoomPlan on supported LiDAR devices.

General Inspections also support HHSRS scoring, BRE 251 crack categorisation, knotweed assessment, stair geometry, roof pitch, floor-area tools and essential cost schedules.

CORE AND PRO

Home, Commercial and General workflows, ratings, custom elements, photographs and core PDF reporting are available without a subscription.

Pro adds unlimited Smart Build, white-label styling, cloud sync, AR scanning, timestamps, live data, UK EPC lookup, soil and drainage context, signature drawing and larger AI allowances.

App Permissions & Data Usage:
To facilitate survey uploads, image analysis, voice dictation, and report generation, PropertySurvey Pro requires access to your device's Camera, Photo Library, Files, and Microphone. The Microphone is used only for on-device voice dictation of survey notes (speech recognition); audio is not stored or shared. We may also collect usage data solely for analytical purposes to help us improve the app experience. Requests for these permissions will appear via standard in-app pop-ups when you first attempt to use these features, ensuring you retain full control over your privacy.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS:

If you purchase a PropertySurvey Pro subscription, you will be charged via the payment method associated with your Store account. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account settings after purchase. PropertySurvey Pro subscriptions are available as one-month and 12-month packages.

Prices may vary depending on country and are subject to change without notice. Current subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. If you do not choose to purchase a PropertySurvey Pro subscription, you can continue using PropertySurvey Pro for free.
