About this app

PZ Inspector is used by landlords, property owners and property managers for inspecting their real estate properties. The app allows for on-sight inspections and logs the condition of the property. Templates are used to guide the inspector through the property. For each room and item inspected, the inspector can record the condition, make notes, take pictures and create work orders for any repairs/replacement needed. Work orders are assigned to the vendor with email/sms notification. Inspection reports are generated and can be emailed to the property manager and/or owner. Reports are also saved to the property in PropertyZar for future reference. Owners can receive regular updates on their property's conditions and can be compared with prior inspections.

What's new

The Inspections section streamlines viewing and completing assigned inspections. Current Requests allow users to track the status of submitted inspection requests. Moreover, Communications enable seamless email and SMS communication with property managers, while Documents provide easy access to and management of inspection-related documents. Reports offer insights into completed inspections, with options to share reports via email for effective collaboration.
