ProPose Ergonomics is an on-device ergonomic risk assessment tool that uses your phone's camera and AI-powered body pose tracking to evaluate physical strain during manual work tasks — in real time, with no cloud processing required.
HOW IT WORKS
Point your camera at a worker performing a task. ProPose detects body and hand landmarks live, draws a skeleton overlay, and continuously calculates joint angles for the back, shoulders, arms, wrists, knees, and working range. Risk levels (green / yellow / red) are shown instantly as live warning cards while you record.
WHAT IT MEASURES
• Back and waist flexion (bending forward)
• Waist rotation (twisting)
• Shoulder / arm height
• Wrist angles (left and right)
• Knee flexion
• Working range (reach relative to the torso)
• Step count during the task
• Carried weight and grip/pick-up posture
SESSION RECORDING
Every assessment is recorded as a video with the skeleton overlay and risk indicators burned directly into the footage — so you can review exactly what was measured and when. After recording, name the session, enter the carried weight, and rate the grip posture to complete the assessment.
RISK SUMMARY & SCORING
Each session produces a clear, grouped risk summary organized by body region (back → arms → legs → load), showing:
• Which risks were triggered and at what severity
• The exact seconds during the recording each violation occurred
• A total risk score, calculated from all yellow (2 pts) and red (3 pts) violations
EXPORT & SHARE
Export any session as a CSV report with the full session summary, risk breakdown, and violation timeline — ready to share with safety officers or import into your own analysis tools. All exported files and recorded videos stay on your device and can be reviewed, shared, or deleted at any time from the Files tab.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
ProPose runs its pose detection entirely on-device. No video, image, or pose data is ever uploaded to a server — everything stays local to your phone.
