The Free plan is suitable for managing one property and includes Google sign-in with manual backup and restore for the first property.

Upgrade to Premium to manage multiple properties, unlock automatic Google Drive backup, export reports and access additional property-management features.

Your Google Drive backups are stored in your own Google Drive account and may use your available Google Drive storage. Backup and restore availability may depend on your device, internet connection and Google services.
