About this app

PropHours is the hour log for real estate investors who need to prove their time. Track every hour and every receipt for each property, see your progress toward the 100-, 500- and 750-hour tests, and give your CPA records they can rely on.

Built for short-term rental (STR) hosts, long-term rental (LTR) landlords and anyone claiming Real Estate Professional Status (REPS).
