Propsena is the property management app for the companies that use Propsena, and for everyone they work with. Your property management company invites you: there is no sign-up in the app.

FOR THE TEAM (property managers, admins and maintenance)
• Today: what needs you now, from open work orders and overdue tasks to AI proposals waiting for review
• Inbox: talk with tenants, owners and vendors, share photos and records
• Maintenance: work orders and inspections, with photos and a signed sign-off
• Inspection check-in: when you start an inspection, Propsena records your location once to show the visit happened on site. The inspection starts without it if you prefer.
• Team chat and calls: discussions with your colleagues, voice and video calls in the app
• Tenants, owners and vendors at hand, with their leases, balances and open work

FOR TENANTS
• See your balance and pay rent by card or bank transfer, processed securely by Stripe
• Request maintenance with photos and videos, and follow every step
• Message your property manager and call the office in the app
• Your lease documents in one place

FOR OWNERS
• Your properties, statements and documents
• Approve or decline quotes and follow work orders
• Message your property manager

FOR VENDORS
• Accept jobs, add before and after photos, materials and receipts, and complete the work
• Send quotes and invoices, and message the office

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
• Lock-screen notifications keep payment amounts and message text private
• Report a message or block a person at any time
• Delete your account from the app (More > Delete account) or at propsena.com/delete-account
