Even worse, or at best just as bad, as the original app. At least this can log in, but the dumbed down data entry interface is still awkward and demanding. Also they managed to mess up the login page so that password apps (like bitwarden) can't autofill -- if you're going to force users to use outdated password systems (instead of passkeys) then you could at least let the user use a secure app to put a unique password in ...

Besssst customer service . So we did spend a couple hours trying to figure out why I couldn't connect. But when I tell you Chris did all he could to make sure I had access to what I needed. He went above and beyond . If anytime things don't go right with any company. Be open minded . Like I said the issue was not with them but my phone and he worked endlessly until we figured it out and we did! Thank you Chris !!!

Horrible app. Requires permissions to too much information. Why does the app need to have access to precise access to location, even when it's not in use? I don't want another company tracking my location. Why does an HOA app need to know where it's residents are all the time. Why does the app need access to my contacts? Not to mention, the HOA, which still has no homeowners as leaders, forced this garbage app on us after we moved in and comfortable using fobs.
