HOW THE APPRAISAL WORKS
Propilot holds a direct data feed from the Dubai Land Department. Every sale and
rental contract registered through the DLD or a trustee office reaches Propilot
the same evening. Appraisals are calculated from that record by a fixed
algorithm, not estimated, and every comparable it used is shown to you.

Propilot's appraisal is an opinion of value, not a formal valuation. A formal
valuation in the UAE must be carried out by a RERA-certified valuer, and
Propilot's output is not a substitute for one.
