RERA registration. Switch between a clustered map view and a card list to see
where projects actually are, not just what they cost.

PROPYAAR SCORE
Every project carries a score built from six measured factors — value,
appreciation trend, developer credibility, connectivity, liquidity and
compliance. Re-weight it for how you buy: end-use family, rental yield, NRI
investor or balanced. Each score shows the numbers behind it, so you can
disagree with it.

BUILDER TRACK RECORDS
On-time delivery, ratings, RERA details, delivered and ongoing project counts,
and the developer's history in one profile.

LOCALITY MARKET DATA
Average asking rates, price bands and inventory absorption by locality, with
the sample size behind every figure so you know how much to trust it.

PLAN THE PURCHASE
EMI, loan eligibility and buy-vs-rent calculators. Everything is computed on
your device from figures you enter — these are estimates against published
bank rates, not loan offers or approvals.

ASK ANYTHING
