Proqerty is the mobile app for the Proqerty real estate platform. Manage your portfolio on the go and give your tenants their own entry point.

FOR MANAGERS

• Home — current rental status, outstanding balance, occupancy, and billing due at a glance.

• Tenants — contact details, balance, notes, and the complete email history per tenant.

• Invoices — filter by status, view invoice lines, and download or share the PDF.

• Tickets — handle tenant reports, update status, and respond with a photo.

• Inspections — record complete inspection reports on-site: condition per element, meter readings, and photos. Works offline; as soon as you reconnect, everything synchronizes automatically. The final report is saved as a PDF and can be sent to the tenant.
