Here, you can jump straight into action with "Create Session" or "Quick Timer" buttons, or immediately launch your last configured session. Whether you need to set up a comprehensive, multi-stage workout or just want a single independent clock for an unplanned drill, Fvbt gets your timing started instantly. 💪

When it comes to planning, the Session Builder screen lets you construct and modify your practice layout on the fly. You can see the total duration of the session, add new intervals, customize details in the modal Timer Editor (choosing types like warm-up, drills, scrimmage, recovery, or custom), and easily reorder blocks using drag-and-drop. Fvbt keeps your adjustments swift and efficient, so you can adapt the day's structure in seconds. ⚡

During active training, the Active Session screen takes over with massive typography, a progress indicator, and clear info about the upcoming block.
