Before updating the app, I get help support message through app and email, but now I can't only get notifications on open ticket but I can't view or read them, and it doesn't go to my email as well, you have to do something about that, so you can quickly respond to your customers which are the end users like us, and try to record your customers complain over the phone call for reminder and review purposes, because I noticed my request was not reviewed after I drop a complain.

The app is very good and I like. However, please Fix this issue of having to update the app every week, it is annoying. I want to make a quick transaction and I can't so anything if I don't update. Also please fix the buy airtime function. Thank you

Zero star rating!!! Why do I need to have almost 1gig of memory space free on my phone just to update your 12mb app!!! It doesn't make any sense! And the CONSTANT UPDATES is one discouraging factor for me to even think of continuing with your app! I can't even recommend this app to anyone if this is the stress and unnecessary data consumption one would be facing!
