Good for business transactions.👍 My review was in 22 when they're doing perfectly good I gave them five stars then, I'll change it to 2 stars now,,but their system has changed now, I have initiated a transfer since two days ago,it was pending, I have message them on the application there's no response, I called the account manager,her number was switched off, I'll wait till tomorrow, I have been stranded and devastated since two days ago.

Beware of using Prospa for transactions as they have become unreliable. Initially, they offer efficient services but eventually, every transaction becomes pending & their support system fails. Automated responses are given for complaints & pending transactions are left unresolved. Contacting the account manager or support number proves futile. It is advised to stick with traditional banks, despite any shortcomings, as they offer physical locations for complaints. Be cautious & stay safe.

I never thought i would be writing down on Prospa after giving us a fantastic solution to look upto. It worked for me for awhile but it is no longer sustainable for me due to regular uncertainties. I have missed out on several opportunities and dented business relationships using Prospa as my primary business account because of delayed transactions and pending transactions that would hold for days. Account manager don't reply once it has to do with pending transactions.
