Each time I login to Prospa, I immediately remember why I stopped using it and switched to Moniepoint. Bug filled product, always requiring updates with extraneous features. Just recently mistakenly moved some money into the account and I can't transfer because according to them, my date is "incorrect"???? It seems they intend to hold my funds by force.

It's got a lot of great amenities especially for documentation,receipt and recording I'll give 5 starts to that though it could use a little less cumbersome outlook. Can't buy data and can't use my saved beneficiary,having issues accessing my contact and some minor issues with withdrawal which always gets sorted out within 6 hours. Customer service is good too.

Horrible. It takes forever and a day to open an account and you need to send several emails. The account number fails! When you want to transfer money to the account number, its either you get "account doesn't exist " or several other similar errors. It's better to just walk to the bank and open an account.... Plus they charge you for receiving money into your account!!!!
