Beware of using Prospa for transactions as they have become unreliable. Initially, they offer efficient services but eventually, every transaction becomes pending & their support system fails. Automated responses are given for complaints & pending transactions are left unresolved. Contacting the account manager or support number proves futile. It is advised to stick with traditional banks, despite any shortcomings, as they offer physical locations for complaints. Be cautious & stay safe.

I never thought i would be writing down on Prospa after giving us a fantastic solution to look upto. It worked for me for awhile but it is no longer sustainable for me due to regular uncertainties. I have missed out on several opportunities and dented business relationships using Prospa as my primary business account because of delayed transactions and pending transactions that would hold for days. Account manager don't reply once it has to do with pending transactions.

I wish there was zero Star. How will I make transfers for over 4 weeks and the transactions are still pending, contacted customer service via the App, WhatsApp, and Email yet nothing is done. They don't have an office anywhere, no contacts to call and very poor service delivery. I am adding to my previous review cos even after a contact was given and I reached out, nothing has been done about my transaction for another 2 weeks.š”š”š” Creative Unicorns is my Business Name
