Backgammon is one of the oldest board games in the world: roll the dice, race your 15 checkers home and bear them off before your opponent does.
• Play the computer or a friend on the same phone or tablet
• Three computer levels - the hard one checks your best reply to every roll
• A single game or a match to 3, 5 or 7 points
• Doubling cube in matches, with the Crawford rule
• Full rules: hitting, the bar, bearing off, gammons and backgammons
• Tap a checker and the points it can reach light up
• Undo moves within your turn
• Turns with no move pass by themselves
• Hint for the best move against the computer
• Statistics: games and matches won, gammons
• Your match in progress is saved, works offline
• Portrait and landscape, normal or fast computer speed, calm music, sounds and vibration
• 11 languages: English, Turkish, Greek, Arabic, Persian, Russian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Polish
How to play
Tap the dice to roll, tap one of your checkers and then a glowing point. Each die is a separate move, doubles give four moves. A single checker can be hit and sent to the bar. When all your checkers are home, bear them off - the first to bear off all 15 wins.
Backgammon is free to play and contains ads. A full-screen ad can appear only after a game, never during one. Hints are unlocked by an optional rewarded ad. A one-time purchase removes ads, and hints then need no ad.
