The app has a beneficial idea, BUT I find the automatic 20 second count to be ineffective. When the alarm for looking 20 ft goes off, it automatically starts counting 20 seconds. There should be an option to hear the alarm and then click start for the 20 seconds because people may not be able to immediately look away. Thank you for making the app, I hope you utilize my suggestion.

It's not working properly. It is not running in the background like an alarm you set in you mobile and it will ring on specified time. One need to keep open the app in his/her mobile to get the reminder. That also not working everytime. I have purchased the app and send a mail regarding the the issue. But no response. Seems customer support is not there.

App very efficiently does it is supposed to. I even use it when I'm working on my computer. As someone who gets DEEPLY engrossed in what I'm doing, I really NEED this app's reminders. The first couple of days I found the frequent interruptions very annoying. But I know it's best to change focus so I've learned to live with it.
