Ratings and reviews

Many disadvantages with this broker. 1. They have set a order limit at 1 crore when you buy or sell stocks so you will need to break the order into many as result of which losing time and opportunity. Not suitable for high networth investors. 2. BTST order funds are not credited the same day due to a settlement risk of less than 1%.Not suitable for BTST and intraday since only one order can be placed a day. 3. All their settings internally are global and cannot be modified on customer basis.

I had to enter the password manually even after biometric is turned on! Biometric only takes care of the OTP part, I still have to enter password manually. Kindly improve this feature and allow login directly with biometric. Also, the charts don't load previously used/any other bookmarked views, each time I have to load bookmarked view manually. This is time consuming and annoying, specially on the mobile app. I'm using Android version.

Great App, very few brokers offer 2 servers and order slicing. Few suggestions : 1. Pledged holdings are marked to market and hence one cannot see total gains/losses. 2. Back office app doesn't work for newer Android versions. Also web based backoffice is really cluttered. A simplified PnL report and console would be great.
