I think it's ridiculous to require customers to download an app and register in order to get service, but the app is so poorly built. I registered for an account, verified it, but when I tried to log in with my credentials, it says "No Authority". What does that even mean??? And where am I supposed to go for assistance when I'm having problems with the app?

at first, I wonder why everybody giving low rate. now, I understand. The app no reponse when I want to register my car for servoce appointment. I already registered my car in the app when I got my car, but it disappear when I wanna do the booking for service. So I wanna register again, but it stuck when I want to choose the model of the car. Nothing come out when I click on select car model, and become no response.

The App crashed 3x while I'm trying to use it. I'm not even clicking on complicated stuff, one time the App crashed when I'm just trying to filter out my car for servicing details and another while I'm trying to pick booking date. Very poorly done App.
