ProTourBooking is where touring crew and production companies keep availability straight.

FOR CREW
Post the days you are out, and leave the rest blank. Blank days count as available, so you are not maintaining a calendar to stay findable. When a production wants you, the hold lands in Offers with the dates, the role, and the rate, and you answer yes or no. Nothing is booked until you say so.

Set the roles you work, the consoles and desks you can operate, your day rate, weekly rate, prep and travel rates, and per diem. Productions search on all of it.

FOR PRODUCTION
Search crew by role, by availability window, by console, and by name. See day rates before you reach out. Place a hold with the dates, the role, and the rate, and give the crew member a window to answer.

Holds work in tiers, so you can queue behind another company rather than lose someone outright. When your tier one confirms, everything overlapping clears automatically and the people behind you find out immediately, which is the thing that usually gets handled by three phone calls and a group text.

BOTH SIDES
Direct messaging between crew and production. Push notifications when a hold arrives, when a hold is answered, and when dates are at risk. Company profiles so crew know who is asking.

Crew can block a company. A blocked company cannot find them in search or place new holds.
