Bare bones app that works in a pinch to talk to customers although the back button unfortunately logs you out and closes the app. hopefully they can fix it soon.

I don't see a call coming on my Android phone and even when I open it manually.It doesn't give me any sound of an incoming call.

The problem can be related to push notifications settings in your phone firmware. Many vendors limit push notifications functionality in their firmware to save battery, so please look for the push notifications settings for this particular app in your phone settings and check if they are allowed.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it doesn't make a noise when people ring into the chat. Other then that it is wonderful

The next version of the console will have more stable push notifications on new chats/messages. And it will have the same sounds as the native desktop console or web console on new chats, messages, etc. It'll also have Away mode.
The new version will be released in a few weeks. Hope you'll enjoy it :)
