Provisoft Worker is the mobile app for employees and contractors of disability and community care organisations that use the Provisoft platform at provisoft.au.

View your roster, clock in and out of shifts, submit incident and leave requests, message your team, and stay on top of day-to-day work — wherever your job takes you.

Built for Australian NDIS and community services providers, Provisoft Worker helps frontline staff work safely, stay compliant, and spend less time on admin.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Shifts & roster — See upcoming and in-progress shifts, shift details, participant context, and site information
• Clock in / clock out — Record attendance at the start and end of shifts, with optional location verification where your organisation enables it
• Timesheets & shift notes — Complete shift documentation, activities, and notes as required by your employer
• Incidents — Report and track workplace incidents from the field
• Leave — View leave balances, submit leave requests, and track approval status
• Messages — Receive team and shift-related notifications and stay in touch with coordinators
• Open shifts — View and respond to available shifts where your organisation uses open rostering
• Documents & compliance — Access work-related information and tasks assigned by your employer
• Push notifications — Get alerts for shift changes, messages, reminders, and important updates

WHO IT IS FOR

Provisoft Worker is for authorised workers only. You need an account provided by your employer (your disability or community services organisation). The app does not sign up members of the public directly.

If you do not have login details, contact your manager or HR team.

REQUIREMENTS

• An active Provisoft worker account from your organisation
• Internet connection for most features
• Location, camera, or notification permissions may be requested for specific work tasks (for example clock in/out, incident photos, or shift alerts)

Provisoft Worker connects securely to provisoft.au. Your organisation controls access to workforce and participant-related information in line with its policies and applicable law.
