Very happy with this product! I purchased a Prokit4 U90MZ with 1TB harddrive. Loved the helpful videos and explanations of what they sell and why they sell it. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and stumbled onto Backstreet. I'm handy enough to do the work and feel that the quality in the products I purchased far exceeds most others. Couldn't be happier!

I've had considerable difficulty using the app, even with a good measure of help from the CS people at Backstreet. A good user manual, written by an English as first language tech who actually knows how the app operates with the various cameras. Also, speaking of English as a first language, many of the various phrases and the few instructions that do exist are often not the normal English nomenclature and/or confusing. As of 10/24/2023, still no decent documentation of how this app works.

No issues so far, easy to connect, use & view. Loads quickly with no problems. The app allows you to not only view but receive push notifications from the NVR. It's preforming just as needed. Make sure to pause or disconnect VPN when using or you won't be able to view depending on the provider. Wish vpn would be part of the app....
