I remember playing the original soul guardians 2 and the first soul guardians game when I was younger and loved them, I always hoped to see atleast one of the two games come back and I'm glad one of them did, it's way more f2p friendly than the old versions of the game. my only gripe is the use of ai for the cards artwork, maybe just a screenshot of the card's sprite animation in the middle of an attack cycle would work better, other than that fire game (EDIT:) They replaced the ai artwork!

Glad to see the devs listened and brought the heart system back — the game already feels much better. Updating my rating from 1⭐ to 4⭐ because this was a big step in the right direction. Still hoping drop rates and 4th skill damage get restored to previous balance. If that happens, I’ll gladly update to 5⭐. Appreciate the team responding to feedback.

New update ruined the game. Honestly can't progress in the game anymore. During the update process they took all the hearts I did have. Total waste of money and time. It's a shame because I really enjoyed playing the game before the update. Honestly the worst update on any game ever 🤮 I'm not playing anymore suggest no one else play or waste your time downloading.
