Prozo Mobile Control Tower is an operational application used within Prozo’s warehousing network across India. The app is tightly integrated with Prozo WMS and Prozo Control Tower, enabling real-time execution and monitoring of key warehouse processes directly from mobile devices.

The application is used by on-role and off-role warehouse personnel working within Prozo facilities to carry out operational workflows that require real-time data capture, verification, and process completion on the warehouse floor.

Through the Mobile Control Tower, warehouse staff perform critical activities such as scanning forward and return AWBs, uploading courier manifest copies, and capturing operational proof points required for shipment processing and reconciliation. These mobile-driven workflows ensure that dispatch, returns, and handover processes are accurately recorded and synchronized with Prozo’s central systems.

By connecting warehouse-floor execution with Prozo’s broader technology stack, the Mobile Control Tower helps maintain operational visibility, process discipline, and accurate tracking across Prozo’s pan-India warehousing operations.
