SCAM company. Can pay into a plan your whole career and they will *force* you to apply for state benefits first. Was literally told over multiple stupid calls that this wasn't necessary but then suddenly it's "mandatory"- company scam to make taxpayers do this that what you pay into for years. Their feet dragging literally caused a missed mortgage payment. AVOID. REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Can't even log into the app. OTP submitted and it says my session is expired. Tried setting it up and it asks for my 8-digit control number which I get directly from my account online and it needs to be a maximum of 7 digits. Trash app. Just use a browser.

login & it doesn't show my dashboard, profile, nothing! Worthless app & terrible company to deal with. Prudential will do anything it can to delay paying out or not pay at all!!
