Can't even log into the app. OTP submitted and it says my session is expired. Tried setting it up and it asks for my 8-digit control number which I get directly from my account online and it needs to be a maximum of 7 digits. Trash app. Just use a browser.

login & it doesn't show my dashboard, profile, nothing! Worthless app & terrible company to deal with. Prudential will do anything it can to delay paying out or not pay at all!!

my policy isnt showing up in the app. they say it moved to the empower app. cant login there. cant sign up for an account either. both apps garbage. useless.
