right now I am having trouble with checking in my clients are refusing orders for no pictures because they won't sync without check in. when I go to check in I'm told list empty

why did they even come out with this stupid app?? I'm always installing and installing this app. It always tells me my list is empty when trying to check in on every order. this is dumb

Photos turn upside down automatically, even though it is set not to. I like I can back out of my phone and it doesn't close the app. But now when I type an order in, it stays in there all day in the search bar.
