our web portal can now be handled instantly whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go

They recently updated their billing so that you have to create an entirely NEW account but failed to update the app. It's completely broken, just says it can't connect to the server.

App will not allow more than one payment method at a time. When I try tonadd another one, it removes my primary payment method. It does not allow to change date on payment. Would be nice to be able to change date to pay it on a future date specified when necessary.

Not keeping the app updated. Won't work once your phone software updates and leaves you unable to access your bill
