About this app

“iD BNS” replaces the physical (plastic) card of the insured person under the VHI program of the Belneftestrakh insurance company.

The main goal of the iD BNS mobile application is to save the insured person’s time when receiving assistance under the VHI policy.

"iD BNS" Belneftestrakh allows you to:
• quickly obtain information about the insurance program;
• fill out an application for organizing medical care, with the ability to attach media files with a size limit of up to 20 MB;
• it is convenient to use contact information for requests.


General scheme of working with the iD BNS application
1. Receive a plastic card of the insured person with a barcode.
2. Read the instructions for registering and using the application.
3. Download and install the application on your personal smartphone.
4. Go through simple authorization using the insured person’s card with a barcode.
5. The application is ready to use.

We tried to make the iD BNS application simple, convenient and understandable to any user.
