I have sent 3 emails to you since October when I bought a lifetime membership This has not worked on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra . I paid for it, and this doesn't show up in subscriptions, every time I open the app it requests for me to buy a subscription. While the app shows I am lifetime member with a subscription profile account number. I have emailed 3 times as I have stated before. I have deleted and then uploaded the app again, and still it hasn't worked for me. Contact me please

I paid for the 7 day subscription to try before buying the full version,but to my dismay because I was not able to use it still.. It says"subscription on process" even if 3 days have passed since I paid..
