One of the worst banking apps. Ultra slow in response. Frustrating login process/mpin policy. I use 4 other apps and all of them are light years ahead in every aspect. The sheer number of times this app crashes must be a record in itself. Also, why do you need location permission?? Seems like instead of paying the developers, someone was tortured to develop this app.

Worst banking app. It takes too long just to log in and even after logging in it lags too much. I can't get my work done on time and have to switch to other things. And also the service in bank is bad. They, themselves don't know how their banking system works

App has not worked in last 6 months along with other upi apps linked to PSB. Bank employees say that there is an ongoing server issue. When are you going to fix this? This is a bank, not some cheap startup. If you can't fix your infrastructure, how will you protect the savings of people?
