Ratings and reviews

I like the overall layout and functionality of the app. However, when depositing, the instruction of what to write on the check should come before the part where you photograph each side. It's not visible until you're ready to submit. The photo taking part could improve. It doesn't allow the flash so, I always struggle with lighting it. I have joint accounts at Wells Fargo & Oregon Community CU. Both automatically activate the flash and snap the photo once its lined up. Quick & no frustration.

Worst app ever. I get an error every single time I check the "save username" box. Half the time when the app logs me in, it is just a blank screen with a blue "bill pay" tab at the middle bottom of the screen. I know there were a lot of security breach attempts forcing the app change but it is nearly impossible to bank with this new app. I often just open the Internet and log in that way.

I find the app to be useful, but I do know that there are plenty of times when the app isn't working, which I find frustrating - more often than I'd prefer. Sometimes it just spins and spins with nothing happening. Overall, I do like being able to get my banking done without going into the local branch. For some reason, my mobile deposit usually doesn't work, but my husband's does 🤷🏽‍♀️. Now that I think of it, maybe it's a 3-star and not a 4-star app 🤔. I'll keep it at 4, I guess.
