Punjab mSewa Mobile App has been launched by Department of Good Governance and Information Technology, Government of Punjab so that citizens can avail various services online. mSewa currently offers services from seven departments of Government of Punjab.

Further, the applicants can track the status of their applications. Nearest Sewa Kendras, School, Hospital, Police Stations can also be searched using this app.

How is this Update in Navi Disha? After Filling the Beneficiary Data,the Household Name and Address are getting filled wrongly and When I cut it and fill the details of beneficiary,It is Written that Beneficiary already exists for the Selected Quarter Because His Aadhaar details are getting picked up Wrong . Every time I fill the same beneficiary, Everytime different Household Name and Different Address Shown . Please Update Navi Disha glitches.

This app is very good for registering your complaints and other government services in which the complaints are resolved in a very good manner but there is a problem that many offices are not responding to their complaints even after 30 or 45 days and i am requested to you resolve this issue on this portal so that every officer resolves the complaint within 30 or 45 days.
