The "Remember Me" option on sign in page doesn't work, password needs to be key in every single time. Especially annoying when in combination of strong password suggested by Google.

App doesn't work. It prompts "An error as occured. Please try again later." when attempting to login. The website doesn't allow you to login to manage customer account as they insist on using mobile app.

Horrendously to use app. Enjoy the ridiculous 1% late payment fees you guys keep charging while you can. once my contract is up, definitely switching. Had recurring payment setup, but after I changed my password, recurring payment stopped working. Keeps charging me late payment despite no fault of my own. And for some reason, it keeps remembering my old password, disabling and reenabling the "remember me" option does nothing, end up I still have to delete the password field and manually key in.
