this is so BAD. i don't recommend you using this app or the bank either. so laggy, had to restart the app. can't transfer unless you upgrade to premium yet the app didn't able to process it, so you have to contact the CS which is the most annoying because the only response i got only template message (in WA) and when i called, there was no response for a long time, only told to wait. and THEY TAKE MY MONEY from transfer fee...

Why is my account locked??? I entered the correct PIN but suddenly it's locked. Ridiculous! And what the heck is "characters contain SMA"??? Then I tried to login with another phone number I have, I didn't receive any OTP. I kept trying for several times and the access was blocked again. You don't even deserve a one star!

Installed this app for KAI. Basic e wallet functionality is okay. Had difficulty, but the bug was mostly on KAI Access app which seem to have been fixed. Anyway, my one gripe is topup via bank includes hefty fee which is Rp2.900 from my experience. That's almost 3 times more expensive than other e wallet I know of. And I don't see anything that warrant the extra fee compared to more popular e wallets.
