this is so BAD. i don't recommend you using this app or the bank either. so laggy, had to restart the app. can't transfer unless you upgrade to premium yet the app didn't able to process it, so you have to contact the CS which is the most annoying because the only response i got only template message (in WA) and when i called, there was no response for a long time, only told to wait. and THEY TAKE MY MONEY from transfer fee...

it takes me forever just for logging in. your service doesn't match up with your motto. your system needs to be revitalized especially with its connection to Maxim. the wallet isn't sync well. and also the cs is not proactive in responding the complaint and its totally not a safe app for you to trust your money. i pay my bill here, they already take sum of my money but i dont reveive the product at all. the CS is not answering the complaint even a word

Why is my account locked??? I entered the correct PIN but suddenly it's locked. Ridiculous! And what the heck is "characters contain SMA"??? Then I tried to login with another phone number I have, I didn't receive any OTP. I kept trying for several times and the access was blocked again. You don't even deserve a one star!
