About this app
Manage your PrestaShop store from your Android phone. PS Mobile Manager is a mobile back office for PrestaShop 8 and 9: process orders, update stock and prices, scan barcodes, pack parcels and track sales — wherever you are.
The app connects directly to your own store. There is no cloud in between: order and customer data never pass through the vendor's servers.
REQUIREMENTS
The app only works with a store that has the PS Mobile Manager module installed (PrestaShop 8 or newer). It cannot be paired without the module. The features available depend on the module's licence plan.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Orders — search orders, change their status, add a tracking number and correct the delivery address. Send an e-mail to the customer right from the order.
• Pack & ship — pick orders with the barcode scanner. Scan the wrong item and the app tells you straight away.
• Products — search, add and edit products. Change prices, stock, visibility and parameters.
• Barcode scanner — the phone camera reads EAN and UPC codes and references.
• Photos — take a product photo and upload it straight to the store.
• Statistics — a sales chart and summary.
• Customers — view and edit contact details and addresses. Send a message to the customer.
• New order notifications — instant notifications require additional setup.
SECURITY
• The app is paired with the store using a one-time QR code generated in the store back office — no login or password on the phone.
• HTTPS connections only.
• Per-device permissions: you decide who sees orders, products or customer data.
• A device can be disconnected at any time from the back office or from the app.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download the module from https://psmobilemanager.com/ and install it in your PrestaShop store.
2. Open the module in the back office and generate a pairing code.
3. Scan the QR code in the app.
The app is available in English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Czech.
