• Guard Checkpoint Scanner: Security guards can use the built-in camera scanner or manual entry to check students in and out. Every scan logs precise GPS coordinates to verify checkpoint locations.
• Automated Parent Notifications: Parents and guardians receive instant email alerts the moment a student leaves or returns to the campus.
• Warden Live Tracking: A dedicated dashboard for wardens and administrators provides a real-time view of who is currently off-campus, alongside a complete, detailed outing history.
