Very poorly designed credit topup system. For bank transfer, it shows you a QR code and asks you to scan to make payment. But the developers made it so that you can't perform a screenshot while using this app, and the QR is the only way you can make payment via bank transfer; not by logging into your bank account. So for people who are alone and have only one phone, how do you expect us to make payment? The app also doesn't track your parking in real time, ie. your location and parking timer!!

I’ve been using this app since its launch. Today, after parking, the app suddenly closed when I tried to make payment. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I’m now unable to log in. Account recovery via security questions is also inaccessible. This issue caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially while parking. Please fix this urgently.

This apps is very unstable. Can't even click open to pay for parking. After key in password, the apps kept disappearing by itself. No way to make payment. pls improve the system. Can't fine the public due to failure of response by the apps to make payment. Pls improve the apps urgently.
