Ratings and reviews

On some random days, I will get kicked out of the app. Even after restarting my phone or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I wouldn't be able to log into it. Because of this issue, I have been issued summons a few times. Please fix this issue promptly or provide another alternative as I'm still unable to pay for my parking now

Everytime I try to register when it comes to the part where it says an OTP will be sent to your phone, suddenly a message "oops something went wrong" will appear and I can't proceed with the registration. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Because of the app problem, I got 2 summons for parking. Its not fair since the app is the problem. I tried to comply but if the problem is with their app then shouldn't they be summoned instead of me????

Very, very frustrating. I've just downloaded the app and done the registration, no problems. But right after I log in, I see 'Choose Local Council'. I choose one and nothing happens after that. The page hangs. Cant go back either. Have tried closing the app and then relogged in numeral times but still same issue. No way to move forward. Terrible waste of time.
