Everytime I try to register when it comes to the part where it says an OTP will be sent to your phone, suddenly a message "oops something went wrong" will appear and I can't proceed with the registration. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Because of the app problem, I got 2 summons for parking. Its not fair since the app is the problem. I tried to comply but if the problem is with their app then shouldn't they be summoned instead of me????

Very, very frustrating. I've just downloaded the app and done the registration, no problems. But right after I log in, I see 'Choose Local Council'. I choose one and nothing happens after that. The page hangs. Cant go back either. Have tried closing the app and then relogged in numeral times but still same issue. No way to move forward. Terrible waste of time.

Frustrating. 1. Cannot sync ewallet a few times. 2. After payment, App closes. Not sure if payment successful, have to reopen App. 3. Suggest to allow 1 to 2 hour credit or offline payment, when there is data problem or top up problem. This offline payment receipt can be used as evidence to cancel parking summons issued after the offline payment made. EWallet can auto update once online.
