Everytime I try to register when it comes to the part where it says an OTP will be sent to your phone, suddenly a message "oops something went wrong" will appear and I can't proceed with the registration. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Because of the app problem, I got 2 summons for parking. Its not fair since the app is the problem. I tried to comply but if the problem is with their app then shouldn't they be summoned instead of me????

Very, very frustrating. I've just downloaded the app and done the registration, no problems. But right after I log in, I see 'Choose Local Council'. I choose one and nothing happens after that. The page hangs. Cant go back either. Have tried closing the app and then relogged in numeral times but still same issue. No way to move forward. Terrible waste of time.

Very poorly designed credit topup system. For bank transfer, it shows you a QR code and asks you to scan to make payment. But the developers made it so that you can't perform a screenshot while using this app, and the QR is the only way you can make payment via bank transfer; not by logging into your bank account. So for people who are alone and have only one phone, how do you expect us to make payment? The app also doesn't track your parking in real time, ie. your location and parking timer!!
