This is the Official App for electricity Consumers of UPPCL in four DISCOMs - PUVVNL, MVVNL, DVVNL, PVVNL .

UPPCL Consumer App will help consumers to access their electricity account– anywhere and anytime.

From instant online payments to quick receipt generation, consumers can also request for load extension and use Trust-Meter Reading for self bill generation. Simply, sign in to check your account and update details (like mobile number, email) if required.

The official UPPCL Consumer App will serve consumers of PUVVNL, MVVNL, DVVNL and PVVNL DISCOMs.
Consumers can login by selecting District and entering Account Id, which will be verified with OTP sent to their registered mobile number.
This application is available in two languages - Hindi and English.

Unable to pay my bill because the payment amount textbox is disabled and does not accept input. This appears to be a bug and prevents bill payment entirely. Please fix it as soon as possible. Very frustrating experience.

The app is not perfect. There is a bug in it. It shows the online payment history of someone else named as Mrs. Gunja Upadhyay instead of mine. I couldn't find any option in the app to report this error.

The apps of UPPCL/MVVNL are mostly non-functional.I have made seven complaints on1912 & even to Jansunwai but my complaint for giving the Final bill & NOC after PD of a temporary connection has not been resolved. The CGRF is a FRAUD as it never accepts any complaint & directs you to contact the Server team(as if we have their numbers ?) It is time the UPPCL sets all these Apps and websites right. Otherwise where does a common consumer go for his grievances?
