We hope you will enjoy the new PSSUltimate Mobile app. It is easier to use, better laid out, more consistent throughout with a wide range of improve functionality.

The PSSUltimate solution offers a web-based and mobile app to allow workload management of teams and tasks. The solution enables all the administration required to be undertaken from one centralised location and data to be managed, viewed and interrogated to improve workload planning and organisation. The mobile app allows capture of tasks completed onsite. The reporting of issues to be sent directly back to office to improve 2-way communications. Training course relating to ability to use and check equipment can also be included.

Team Leaders can sign off Tasks on Work Programs as they are completed, with the inclusion of Photos for evidence.

Push urgent Tasks to your User’s devices to create a reactive workforce, attending to the most pressing issues as needed.

Use the app to perform Equipment Checks and assess user competence against held training records before use and retain the information securely on the Cloud.

Records Issues as seen on Site, enabling Supervisors to use the App to manage Issues on Site with Rectification Tasks looping back into Programs

Record Inspections as defined by requirements, manage any failures as Issues to ensure any faults are on the path to rectification.

Capture personnel attendance records either singular or via team.
