About this app

Sandfall is a beautiful hourglass timer with realistic sand. Fine grains pour through the neck, a funnel opens up in the upper bulb and a soft pile grows below — just like the real thing on your shelf.

SIMPLE
• Pick 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or any time up to an hour.
• Tap the hourglass to turn it over — or, with tilt on, simply turn your phone over.
• A gentle sound or silence at the end, with optional vibration.
• Optional notification when the time is up, even with the app in the background.

REALISTIC
• Up to 33,000 grains, each one simulated: they roll, slide and settle at a natural angle.
• Tilt the phone and the sand follows. Prefer it still? Turn tilt off.
• The time is exact — the last grain falls when the countdown ends.

HONEST
• No ads. No tracking. No accounts. No subscription.
• Sandfall does not collect any data.
• Free with the walnut frame, classic glass and golden sand. Sandfall Full is a single one-time purchase — and you can see every option on the hourglass before you buy.

MADE FOR EVERYDAY MOMENTS
• Two minutes of brushing teeth — kids love watching the sand run out.
• "Five more minutes of play" — when the sand is gone, it is time.
• A calm timer on your desk for focus or a short break.
