genie camera no longer connects to my home network. I made no changes to my network. the camera suddenly just won't launch anymore. I tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting the camera, which the app shows as being successful. but the camera just doesn't show up in the app anymore. I also tried resetting my router and modem several times, everything I can think of. I emailed customer service/tech support, never got a response.

This app just runs you around and you never get the camera to work. It was a waste of money. I have spent hours trying to connect it to my phone and it keeps sending me back to the start up page to start another account with Google.

Had the cameras all setup it running fine for a couple of months now today the app won't even open I uninstalled and reinstalled and the app still won't open I was happy but that's changing very quickly
