Fraud app I have paid for subscription didn't get subscription they did not have customer care also to contact very very bad

For the subscription price specially in Canada you need to make a more stable app. There is no reason to charge the same amount as Netflix, Hulu, etc. But, not deliver the same quality experience. Between the buffering, crashes, lag and the subscription price increase I cancelled and uninstalled this app. I'll try again in a year or so see if anything has changed.

WARNING - DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I downloaded this app a couple of months ago and paid the annual subscription. App keeps stopping. A notification appears written with PTC play app keeps stopping and close app. I'm unable to watch anything. I have sent several emails and screen shot of the notification but not getting any response. Horrible customer service. This is a not a legitimate developer.
