About this app

PTS FAST is the companion app for Private Tier Solutions FAST (Fast Access Starlink Terminal) Kits and QUIC (Quick Use Internet Case) Kits. Monitor, control, and optimize your portable Starlink Mini deployment from your phone.

FAST KIT FEATURES

Battery Management
Connect to your LP1 or LP2 battery over Bluetooth to monitor real-time battery level, voltage, current, and power draw. View estimated remaining runtime for your Starlink Mini and get alerts when battery is running low.

Starlink Power Control
Toggle Starlink Mini power on and off directly from the app. Schedule automatic power on/off with flexible timers — daily, weekly, monthly, or one-shot — to conserve battery during downtime.

Starlink Runtime Estimates
See live countdown of remaining Starlink runtime based on actual battery capacity and current power draw. When Starlink is off, view estimated runtimes at typical power levels so you can plan operations accordingly.

Live Starlink Dish Telemetry
When connected to your Starlink Wi-Fi network, view real-time dish data including download and upload speeds, latency, signal quality, and obstruction percentage. Get alignment guidance with tilt and rotation recommendations to optimize your connection.

Smart Obstruction Alerts
Tiered obstruction monitoring tells you exactly how your connection is affected:

Under 1%: Ideal conditions
1-5%: Minor impact, occasional buffering possible
5-10%: Noticeable issues with gaming and video calls
Over 10%: Significant service disruption expected
USB-C Port Management
Monitor USB-C port status including voltage, current, power, and temperature. Toggle output on or off to charge phones, laptops, and other devices. Configure power limits from 30W up to 140W (LP1) or 100W (LP2) to balance performance and battery health.

Diagnostics
Access detailed Starlink diagnostic data for troubleshooting. View hardware alerts for thermal conditions, mast alignment, ethernet speeds, and more.

QUIC KIT MODE

For QUIC Kit users with a standalone Starlink Mini and Anker power bank, tap "QUIC Kit?" on the connection screen to go straight to Starlink monitoring — no battery connection needed. Get the same live dish telemetry, speed stats, obstruction alerts, and alignment guidance.
