Proof of winter maintenance, street cleaning operations, as well as road control tours.

The mobile app and the web portal are designed for the integrated use of the municipal Bauhof software BIS Office, independent use of which is currently not possible.

The recording process, or handling from the start of the app to the selection of driver and vehicle, is completely automated via NFC chips. As a result, the legal certainty of the proof is brought about on the one hand and also the handling of smartphone-inexperienced users is facilitated.

During the recording process, additional information can be saved by means of photos, videos and voice recording with GPS coordinates. When transferring the tour to the server, the system automatically sends the process to any e-mail address.

Roads can not be cleared because of parked cars, a handle to the smartphone is sufficient, a picture taken and the process is saved and sent with date, time, driver, vehicle, image and GPS coordinates.

The Road Control Mode uses this feature to easily and quickly document damage.
Recorded defects assigns the program independently to the recorded tour and the road and transmits the data independently to the office.

Thus, all roads through which no defect is stored are marked as controlled and the entire tour is recorded with all the information required to be verified, without incurring greater effort.

Both in the app and in the web portal, there is the possibility to include external service providers in the proof, or to provide the service separately for billing purposes.

Accessories and removal
The app is stand-alone, usable without additional accessories in the vehicle, but can be supplemented by built-in GPS boxes and sensors for plow blade and spreader.

Necessary smartphone mobile card
The mobile program and the process of transferring the data to the web server is designed so that a telephone or data card is not a requirement. Simply install a W-LAN access in the building yard, the program searches for it independently and transmits the data.
