Access Aurora is a simple way for residents to submit issues, requests for service, questions and comments to the city of Aurora, CO. Requests submitted will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and residents will be able to track the progress of their requests on the city’s website and through the mobile application. The mobile application also supports the city’s community conversations on Facebook, Twitter, and Engage Aurora.

Terrible app. After getting 8 hours worth of "error" message, I removed and reinstalled to report issues in the neighborhood. When trying to upload a picture of the issue, more repeated error messages. Shouldn't expect anything better from Aurora, I guess.

App just crashes after launch with a "Something went wrong" message. Real shame because there are services that the aurora gov website points you to download the app for, which you can't use.

Keep trying to turn on push notifications but despite it confirming multiple times that changes have been saved, notifications are turned back off without my permission

What’s new

This release brings the app up to date with the latest version of Android, so it stays compatible with current and upcoming devices.

What's new:
- Choosing a photo no longer asks for access to your whole photo library. You pick the photo, and only that photo is shared.
- General stability and performance improvements.
