Largely unhelpful app and staff. Reported used syringes in my local park and they weren't cleaned up for at least a week. When I request homeless assistance for someone, it's not responded to for 4-6 hours or more and the individual who needs help is long gone by then. Also the app itself barely works. I'm halfway through filling something out and the app resets itself back to the front end.

Great response from the city. I used the app to send a picture of a downed tree on a city park trail. Within 24 hours I got a message that it was sent to maintenance, and 24 hours after that the tree was removed. I've also used it to share my location and request a stop sign. That took more than 24 hours but it was installed.

This app wants you to log in with your Facebook account so you can verify your identity when you're reporting "illegal business activities, gatherings, or parked cars that haven't moved in 24 hours" to the local police department. I can't wait until they have mandatory temperature readings with selfies. Don't download this app if you value your natural rights.
