3 months ago you took a fairly straight forward easy to use app and "upgraded" it to an app that takes longer to submit requests, with radio buttons that partially block other buttons, an awkward verification process with no text option, and a less user friendly photo upload option. If this "upgrade" was designed specifically to discourage use of the app, then I offer you a hearty congratulations on a job well done. It was a solid 4.5 stars and now it's a 2.

Layout and user experience is better than the previous version. Although you can make a request as a guest, it appears that you have to be logged in as a user to receive any updates. This should be made clear to guest users who would lime followup. It also seems that requests are taking longer to be completed with the new version. Not sure if this is related to the app or the city backlog.

Requests are canceled without explanation. I have tried submitting the same broken waste container request 5 times, and every time they cancel the request with zero explanation. Also, The address validation doesn't recognize my address (that has existed since the 80s.) So, I'm not able to enter my actual address, which is probably why they keep canceling my request, even though I specify the actual address in the request notes.
