FresGO is a free, easy to use, real-time platform transforming how the City of Fresno solves issues. Report infrastructure and non-emergency public safety issues with your smartphone or computer. Track resolutions and receive real-time updates and alerts. It’s easy. With FresGO you don’t need to know which department does what. The multi-lingual application tracks reported items, like graffiti, broken sprinklers, street closures, and more. With the push of a button, issues are automatically routed and even escalated if not completed in a timely manner – and you’re notified the instant they’re resolved!

3 months ago you took a fairly straight forward easy to use app and "upgraded" it to an app that takes longer to submit requests, with radio buttons that partially block other buttons, an awkward verification process with no text option, and a less user friendly photo upload option. If this "upgrade" was designed specifically to discourage use of the app, then I offer you a hearty congratulations on a job well done. It was a solid 4.5 stars and now it's a 2.

Requests are canceled without explanation. I have tried submitting the same broken waste container request 5 times, and every time they cancel the request with zero explanation. Also, The address validation doesn't recognize my address (that has existed since the 80s.) So, I'm not able to enter my actual address, which is probably why they keep canceling my request, even though I specify the actual address in the request notes.

I'm starting to think what is the point of this app and reporting legitimate concerns like people storing their trailers and parking their cars in front of fire hydrants for example and it takes a week for them to get out here and by that time the trailer is moved for the weekend. You think blocking a fire hydrant would be a priority and a major concern. Let's be real, I'm glad there hasn't been a fire but several years ago there was a garbage truck fire very near the corner of that house!!!
