Philly 311 allows service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc) to be submitted directly to the your local government, where it will be instantly routed to the correct administrator in the appropriate department. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified the moment they are resolved!

I've tried to log issues for the past 2 years, and even today when I try to "Attach Photo" or "Attach file" to an issue I just get an immediate popup that says "Attachment failed." If I hit "Retry" it continues to fail. Useless. I'm an Android user, and yes, I've cleared my cache.

Won't Load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this App several times over the past couple of months, and it never works. I have a Samsung A52 phone with plenty of room. It would be convenient if it worked. Then I could report potholes, etc., as I see them instead of waiting till I get to my laptop. I will keep trying every few months to see if the problem gets fixed.

Attention Android users that cannot open the app: try clearing cache and storage and restarting app. You will need to re-login. This worked for me. The app is the only way to successfully file reports for places that don't have addresses as calling 311 on the phone they won't accept a report without an "official" address (even if Google gives one).
