Worthless. I've spent all morning trying to resolve a water leak problem with Seminole County Florida. It came down to using this app as recommended by the county website. Don't waste your time.

Used to be a good app & an easy way to report issues in the county. Now it won't even load, just says "Whoops, something went wrong". I really wish that the developer would fix the app & get it working again.
