Give your scroll a stopping point.

Choose the apps that pull you in and set a timer. When time is up, PullBack shows a brief interruption and returns you to your Android home screen.

Use your apps normally until then. By default you can reopen them. Optional Pro Cooldown helps you keep the break by returning you home again if you reopen an app covered by your cooldown.

Eligible users can choose a 14-day Pro trial after Google sign-in. No payment method is required and the trial does not charge automatically. Eligibility and offer terms are shown in the app. Paid subscription and lifetime purchase options, when available, are handled by Google Play.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
PullBack uses Android's AccessibilityService API for its core purpose. It detects when an app you selected is in the foreground, times the session, shows the pull-back screen, and performs Android's Home action when the timer ends.

The service accesses foreground app package names and window-change events. It also checks limited interactive-window metadata to distinguish picture-in-picture windows. It does not read screen text, passwords, messages, form fields or keystrokes, and it does not traverse screen content.

Foreground package names and local session records support timers, stats and recovery. Selected app names and screen content are not sent off-device. Optional referral qualification sends account-linked session start and finish times only after you opt in.

During setup, PullBack shows this disclosure before opening Android's Accessibility settings. You can decline and continue without the service, although PullBack cannot detect or interrupt selected apps while it is off.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
App detection and timing run on your device. PullBack has no ads. Optional Google sign-in connects account-based trials, referrals and purchase verification. An app-specific device value and integrity proof support eligibility checks. Optional code redemption and feedback also use network services. Manage referral participation and account deletion in Settings. The privacy policy explains these data flows and deletion requests.

Accessibility access is required for app detection, timing and returning home. Notifications are optional for save confirmations and timer status.
