This is easily a "0" star app. While the interface itself isn't horrible, twice in a row they let me book a tech, confirmed the booking then sent me a text saying "there's been a update. Check your appointment." There is no status on the appointment in the app. Instead, you have to go to your email to find out that "confirmed" doesn't mean confirmed. You've been cancelled and you can't rescheduled for the same day but have to wait. It's horrible. Call a tech. Talk to a real person.

Tried two times to arrange an appointment, one nearly a week in advance. Both times received notifications the day of the technician could not make it due to high demand in the area. They don't keep you in the loop and make it seem like all is well and good when you schedule it, only to have it ruined at the last minute. Look elsewhere.

Terrible company. This company will make you spend more than you normally would have if you had just found a technician yourself. If you get their membership plan, and then have to cancel later, they will charge you for all of the services that the plan covered. There is no point to this service other than to trick people into paying more than they need to.
