PulseGrid is a visual attention tracker that helps you understand your daily focus patterns through an interactive color-coded grid.
At the heart of the app is an 8x8 grid where each cell represents 15 minutes of your day. After each period, tap a cell to record your attention level by choosing from four states: deep focus, focused, neutral, or scattered. Each state is represented by a distinct color, and as you fill the grid throughout the day, a personal energy map emerges.
The app analyzes your recorded patterns. After three or more days of use, it generates personalized rhythm suggestions highlighting your most productive windows and offering guidance on optimizing your schedule.
The review mode lets you browse through your history with a gentle breathing animation. Swipe between days to compare attention distributions, view breakdowns of your focus levels, and track how your patterns evolve over time.
Every day when you open the app, you will see a summary of your previous day's rhythm, helping you build awareness of your attention habits without complex setup or reminders.
